This draft describes the planned quote form. The operator name is Pour, a placeholder company name.

What we collect

The form collects the work and job type, suburb or town, timing, job details, name and email. Phone and company are optional. It also records your consent, the source page, a reference and submission timing.

Why and where it goes

Pour uses these details to assess the job and contact you about it. The form stores them in a private Vercel Blob store. When inbox delivery is enabled, a copy is placed in the Pour lead mailbox, hosted by Microsoft. These providers can process details outside New Zealand. Details are not passed to House Proud by this form.

Spam and site data

A temporary code made from the connection address helps limit spam. It is held in memory for about ten minutes, separate from the saved lead. The hosting service can also keep request logs. This site uses no analytics or tracking cookies.

Your choices

Name, email and job details are needed to process an enquiry. Do not include sensitive details or another person's information without their agreement.

Access, correction and retention

You can ask to see or correct your details, or ask about deletion. The retention period, provider terms and final privacy contact need review before launch.
